West Hampstead Woman's Centre (WHWC) are looking for a female volunteer Massage Therapist or Aromatherapist to support vulnerable women in North West London. On either Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays from 10am-1pm.

WHWC has been working in the community for 40 years and over 900 women come to our Centre every year. 80% of our users are from BAME communities, 20% are disabled women and many of them are suffering from long-term conditions. Many women really appreciate our low-cost Massage service which helps them to reduce pain, improve sleep and wellbeing, and manage long term conditions.

Our Massage Therapy service is very popular, and the new volunteer will provide three treatments (1 hour appointment lengths) on either a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday morning between 10am to susan@whwc.org.uk1pm. with the option to volunteer weekly or on alternate weeks. 

This is a great opportunity to gain experience and to give back to the community.

We are looking for a qualified, CNHC registered Massage Therapist or Aromatherapists with current insurance. We will also require a DBS certificate.  

This is a volunteering role, and we will reimburse your travel expenses. 

This role is open to women only in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
