St Luke’s Hospice in Sheffield seeks a full-time Wellbeing Services Co-ordinator

St Luke’s is a Sheffield charity whose services help over 1,600 patients each year, plus families and carers, in their homes and at specialist centres.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Wellbeing Services Co-ordinator to join the Wellbeing Department, working within the multi-disciplinary teams delivering complementary therapy to patients and carers.

The successful candidate will lead and support the team of Complementary Therapists and Volunteers, therefore you must have the ability to coach, assess and mentor individuals as well as the ability to implement change. Excellent clinical leadership skills, communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills are also essential.

A Diploma is required in a range of complementary therapies including massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and Reiki as well as experience of working within a specialist palliative care, hospital or hospice setting although candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.

  • Location: Sheffield
  • Status: Permanent, 30 hours per week
  • Salary: £26,577 - £31,139 per annum, pro rata (depending on experience)
