University of Worcester seeks CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapy Lecturer
The University of Worcester’s Institute of Health and Society is seeking a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Nutritional Therapy.
The Institute of Health & Society provides learning opportunities for a range of students at various levels from Foundation Degree through to Postgraduate Research Degrees.
This role requires the ability to work with a variety of people within the University and to work across both Post Graduate nutrition programmes; Nutritional Therapy and Diet, Nutrition and Health. A key aspect of this role is to prepare students for their role as qualified Nutritional Therapists. Development of key Nutritional Therapy skills is enhanced by providing students with opportunities to work within the University clinics. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise and develop these areas of the student experience. Therefore, it is important to have an in-depth understanding of this profession.
The successful candidate will join a small team of enthusiastic, committed and friendly staff. Allied Health and Social Sciences is one of three academic units within the Institute of Health & Society.
- Salary: AC 2 /3 £32,003 - £46,925 a year, with opportunity to progress to £51,260 a year
