PSB elections – next round starts on 28 October 2016

The next round of elections for CNHC Aromatherapy, Reflexology & Shiatsu Profession Specific Boards (PSBs) will begin on 28 October 2016.

PSB members are elected by registrants in order to give CNHC registered practitioners a direct say in who will act as advisers to CNHC’s Board.

The election process will begin on Friday 28 October 2016 for the Aromatherapy, Reflexology & Shiatsu PSBs. An email will be sent setting out the full details and inviting registrants to stand for election. Any registrant from either Aromatherapy, Reflexology & Shiatsu is able to stand for election for the relevant PSB, including those who are currently members of the PSB.

Candidates will be required to set out in no more than 600 words how their background and experience meet our essential criteria using the Election Statement Template provided. The deadline for receipt of election statements will be 5pm on Friday 18 November 2016

On Tuesday 22 November 2016 the election statements will be made available to the CNHC registered practitioners of each discipline in the CNHC Resources section of MyCNHC. All CNHC registered Aromatherapists, Reflexologists & Shiatsu practitioners will be invited to vote electronically. The closing date for voting will be midnight on Friday 2 December 2016.

Successful candidates will be notified on Monday 5 December 2016 and results will be published.

Please note this means that only those that are CNHC registered as at midnight on Thursday 27 October 2016 will be eligible to stand for election and only those registered as at midnight on Monday 21 November 2016 will be invited to vote.
