Job vacancy at Penny Brohn Cancer Care in Kent

Penny Brohn Cancer Care, in partnership with Cancer Partners UK (CPUK) is seeking a part-time CPUK Living Well Coordinator for its Kings Hill Cancer Partners UK Centre in Kent. CNHC registrants with relevant experience are invited to apply.

Penny Brohn Cancer Care specialises in helping people to live well with the impact of cancer. In partnership with Cancer Partners UK, Penny Brohn is working alongside medical treatment and provides support and complementary therapies for patients undergoing radiotherapy/chemotherapy.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a registered nurse, health care professional or other health related professionals (e.g. Complementary Therapists / Psychotherapists / Counsellors), to provide a range of Penny Brohn Cancer Care Living Well services within the Kings Hill Cancer Partners UK Centre.

Living Well Coordinators are responsible for ensuring a professional, progressive and positive experience for each patient as they move through Penny Brohn Cancer Care services at the Cancer Partners UK centre.

  • Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum a pro rata
  • Hours: Part Time - 22.5 hours per week

Timetable for appointment:

  • Closing date: 19 June at 5.00pm
  • Interview date: 15 July – Kings Hill, Kent
  • Second interview: 22 July – Penny Brohn National Centre, Bristol
